Ads Quality Analyst (HTML Developer)

Job description

TELUS Digital is hiring an Ads Quality Analyst to support advertising and targeting quality efforts alongside engineers and analysts. The role is administrative and process-focused — account management, metrics monitoring, issue triaging, and building external-facing surveys using HTML and CSS. It's a temporary contract role (May 25, 2026 – April 2027) with a stated possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts in an internal tool and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor performance metrics and generate daily reporting
• Triage and escalate problem reports
• Build external-facing surveys using HTML, CSS, and related languages
• Query internal databases to answer well-defined questions
• Assist with financial audits, data labeling, and data collection
• Conduct internal workflow reviews and monthly/quarterly audits
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on assigned workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Technical proficiency in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets for data analysis)
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level minimum)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations or project management
• Prior administrative work experience
• Working knowledge of Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (R or Python a plus)
