Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active client campaigns and monitor their progress, performance, and operational requirements.
- Review email campaigns to identify problems affecting deliverability, inbox placement, response rates, or domain reputation.
- Improve campaign messaging, subject lines, personalization, and sequences based on performance results.
- Monitor sending infrastructure, warm-up activity, inbox health, and email authentication settings.
- Coordinate with technical and outreach teams when campaign, automation, or infrastructure issues require resolution.
- Communicate campaign performance and potential risks clearly to clients and internal leadership.
- Maintain campaign documentation, standard operating procedures, service-level information, and operational records.
- Test and refine outbound processes to support more consistent campaign performance and scalable operations.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of cold email strategy, deliverability, inbox placement, warm-up systems, and outbound infrastructure.
- Experience with outbound copywriting and improving campaign messaging and response performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot spam problems, domain reputation concerns, and campaigns producing weak results.
- Technical understanding of APIs, automation, workflows, and outbound systems.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, including AI-supported automation workflows.
- Strong client communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, or HubSpot.
- Experience with automation tools including Zapier, Make, and webhooks.
- Background in cold email agencies, lead-generation operations, outbound sales, or startup environments.
- Experience working with scalable outbound systems or SaaS/lead-generation operations.
