Social Media Manager

Job description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, growing communities, and driving website traffic through effective social media strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies.
• Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Write compelling captions and optimize posts for engagement.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Track performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience running paid social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
