  • Make outbound calls to members
  • Schedule healthcare evaluations
  • Follow approved call scripts
  • Meet daily productivity targets
  • Update and manage appointments
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Report complaints and escalations

Qualifications

  • 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience
