Job description
Purple Roof is seeking an experienced Mortgage Supervisor to lead and manage the mortgage advisor team, handle client leads, process mortgage applications, coordinate with banks, and ensure successful mortgage case completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong banking knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in mortgage or home finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the mortgage advisor team.
- Assign and monitor mortgage leads.
- Convert leads into successful mortgage cases.
- Guide clients through mortgage requirements and procedures.
- Review client eligibility and documentation.
- Prepare mortgage files for bank submission.
- Coordinate with banks and mortgage partners.
- Track case progress and maintain records.
- Train and mentor mortgage advisors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Resolve client and banking issues.
- Achieve monthly sales and case targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Improve mortgage processes and team performance.
Qualifications
- MBA Finance or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience.
- Experience in mortgage, home finance, retail banking, or loan processing.
- Strong leadership and sales skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
